Our summer program is a vibrant and dynamic experience designed to ignite the imagination of children through a perfect blend of outdoor exploration and studio-based art activities.

Each morning is dedicated to outdoor adventures in the local parks, allowing children to connect with nature, explore their surroundings, and engage in both physical and creative activities. Whether it’s scavenger hunts, nature-inspired art, or team-building games, the outdoors become a canvas for endless possibilities. Please dress for the weather each day and ensure sunscreen is applied before coming to camp. In inclement weather (ie. thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, extreme heat), we will move to an indoor location. We may still venture outdoors in light rain.

Afternoons will be spent in the studio, engaged in creative art, sensory experiences, loose parts play, experiments and messy play.  Each week, a special art project will be offered (ie. tye dye, canvases, sculptures, etc) along with free exploration of the studio environment. Please dress for mess and consider bringing a change of clothes for the trip home.

Our summer program embraces an Inquiry-Based Learning approach that recognizes the unique interests of each child. Our inquiry-based approach encourages children to explore topics, techniques, materials and environments that they are passionate about. This approach not only sparks curiosity but also nurtures a sense of autonomy and self-expression.

Recognizing the diverse needs of families, we offer both full and half-day options for our summer program. This is a drop off program. Each day, please pack a water bottle, nut-free lunch(full day only) and sunscreen to re-apply. Nut-free snacks will be provided by the facilitators. Each Friday will include a pizza lunch! Comfortable, safe footwear appropriate for walking outdoors is necessary.   Parents/guardians will receive additional forms via email to complete and return prior to their child(ren)’s start date.
